One of my very very favorite females here at Shang-Hai if not my favorite is Diesel AKA DC which stands for Devil Child. DC was sold as a puppy but ended up back at our home at about 1.5 years. It was said to us that she did not play well with others....ha! She runs with a gang here and does wonderfully but I think that her good intentions in her old home were misunderstood. They had no prior TM experience but they took wonderful care of her while she was with them and I can't thank them enough for sending her back home to me. DC has the truest temperament in my yard. She is very very very protective but once she knows you are not a threat she will kiss you to death. She is the first one to the fence if a stranger enters the property. She is one of the most intelligent dogs I have ever owned.         DC has never been shown simply because I did not feel that at the age she came back to us that it was a good time to purge her into too many new things then we just got sidetracked and never ended up in the ring. She is a true champion in our hearts though and will always be. She is OFA Good hips and elbow and thyroid normal. She is approx 25" and 90 lbs. She is a black and tan and the producer of many champions of record...including the Multi Champion "Lhamo" as well as the famous Italian Champion "Yankee" and "Shay" in the UK and of course Bianca of Abbitt Dynasty, which if her owner would show her I know she would make Shang-hai very very proud. She has more offspring out there working towards confirmation titles as well. DC is retired from breeding after producing 2 exceptional litters with her significant other "Ranger". She is now in charge of guarding her domain and I might add she does one heck of a job of it. Click any thumbnail to view larger photo.
